Dears,

reading your posts made me feel bad :) It seem like the majority of you here rather tends to slagging, bashing, moaning, offending... Why? Everyone can pick his hero and adore him as he pleases. You never choose your heroes just because of plain stats, I believe. People are attracted by charisma and success. Casey and Vale have it both.
But if you people decide to place your favorite highest of them all, than you have to have a really exceptional arguments. And those are purely the absolute peak results, records, feats that have never been achieved before... Take a look into stats (who has won more times, has more titles, rode for a wider variety of manufacturers in his career, scored more points in a single season, collected the most victories in a single season etc. etc.).
Find answers for yourself, put aside your wishfull thinkings, emotions....

Hmm.. from WiKipeda.

"Lies, damned lies, and statistics" is a phrase describing the persuasive power of numbers, particularly the use of statistics to bolster weak arguments.

MotoGP isn't about statistics. Its about Championships. Thats the only number that counts and the only one anyone really remembers. Its about winning more of them than anyone else. Imagine... "So Casey, why did you enter MotoGP? Did you want to win Championships, or win some fanciful battle of the statistics?" Go figure.

@Jiri

i loved to watch Casey, pure racing, I dont like clowning. Thats all. A wanted Rossi on Duc, that he change me mind about him, but he failed and rode as a chicken. Thats all. You know, Rossi spoke many, many times crap, but his fans lobed it.
My favorite are: "80% rider, 20% bike" and "Stoner push the Duc not enough". Thats says all for me. Rossi changed his mind to actually situation, that why I call Rossi as a looser.

Jiri comes next season with: Rossi developed superb Ducati, because Andrea and Nicky will be much stronger without Rossis "develpmpent loosers skils"

Dear Daniel,

Dont you talk rubbish! Duke next season will be nowhere. They lost their way by the time Casey left them a few years ago. The Germans now own them so everything will be fixed, but take some time as well. Vale wasnt in the best shape for the last couple of seasons, but everybody has his lows and highs. Laguna Seca 2008 is the best race ever. Casey bit the dust and hated Vale ever since that date! Funny, but true :)

@Jiri
why do you claim Stoner waited till LS08 to hate Rossi?

Actually, most of the paddock hated him since he tried to cheat with using a scooter to give his grid spot more traction and got caught and had to start at the back.

That was when Stoner like everyone else, what Rossi would go to get an advantage.

Spies found out that Rossi has the media power to take any ride and look what they did to Spies

As for Stoner I think 10-12-16 put it right, for Rossi to beat that would be a good thing but we all know he wont. Thats another stat that Rossi will have to live under

@the same guy with different names....laguna08 was epic, for Vale's race craft. beating a guy who's more than a sec fast every lap. Vale's used to getting elbowed off the track and still come back and win the race, that's the stuff hez made up of. but ur hero(i'm respecting him) couldnt even take somethin like laguna 08. as far as LS12...ur hero got a tailored made bike in 07, won the title, and pushed ducati into darkness after that for 3 years and handed it to Vale...ask Mr Suzuki, HRC Boss...who considers Vale as the best racer...who says.."Vale doesnt moan like other riders...he just says fix this(coz he gives precise feedback) and i'll do the rest.." sorry to mess up ur head pal...:)
