Am I the only one who things that Carmelo is losing it?
Did Carmelo actually done anything good to the championship?
500cc 2 stroke bikes need to be replaced because of the eco friendliness of the 1000cc 4 strokes. Oohw oops they're going too fast let's remove 200 cc of the engine, oohw oops cornerspeed is too high and the races are boring let's bring back the 1000cc engines because Rossi won Oz in '03 whilst he got a 10 second penalty that's what people are paying for.

Constructors are going to bail out because it costs too much money to develop a bike and getting sponsors is more difficult compared to Rossi winning a race. Let's add underpowered lawnmower engines on roids bikes like the WCM Harris project who got suspended because their engine was production based. To join the field and ride 2 championships in one class which promised by Carmaletto EcclestoneLeta wont happen but have you seen the parc ferme after the race? The fastest CRT bike is in the parc ferme.
To make the championship healthy Carmelo should quit and let someone with a good set of mind throw in the rules or start reading Crash or other websites although there's a lot of crap on the internet I've read good points to make the championship more attractive. And it's not by ruling Suzuki out because they aren't competitive in that case Carmelo should say Ducati go away and all the CRT bikes go away, but heey 4 yamaha's and 4 honda's won't make a good championship but those are the o

How much does it cost to build an engine that let's say last 3 race weekends? is it cheaper than having 6 or 7 engines for the whole season?
This new rule isn't making the chance of having good races, because riders have to be careful and not take any extra risks with the possibility ruining an engine.
Why when I try to translate Carmelo Ezpeleta's name through Google is the outcome always Fail?

@ Shamarone "it's the fan-sumers that are wrecking both racing AND it's underlying motorcycle industry. you have to let go of your hate. stoner only told us as much."

How are the 'fan-sumers' wrecking the racing Shamarone? How can spectators ruin the competitiveness and fairness of the series? Sorry, but that's just your flowery prose with no substance. How about a reasoned argument from you instead that actually gives good reasons as to why the factories AREN'T damaging MotoGP with their agenda, policies and influence over the series and its organisation, rules & policies?

I have no 'hate' to let go of btw. But it'd take a lot more than your pro-factory soundbytes to make me reconsider my current opinion. How about you say something substantial instead of just clever to support your standpoint?

Good to hear that Suzuki is possibly coming back in 2014 Dorna should try to convince Kawi to come back as well. But just having the customer bikes with a standard ECU/TC may not be enough because having a concession to the manufacturers allowing them to continue developing their own ECU's will only lead to the current condition of a few factory bikes leading in the front and all non-factories fighting for back marker spots even if the factories provide engines or full customer bikes (probably with yr old electronics).

I'd love to see Suzuki back in MotoGP but given the companies size and current finances they would need a serious injection of money to do it. Frankly, I would sooner they stayed out if they cannot come back with a serious contender and a top quality rider.
