It will only work if riders who are acting like dangerous pr!cks actually get given the points in the first place. That was the downfall of the old system, race control had the same problem as ****ne Wenger, they never saw anything when it came to their favourites, so expect Rossi and Marquez to get away with murder , normal service resumed

I doubt it's for Marquez as he's Spanish, and I also doubt the Italian riders will tot up much either.
As we all know the rookie rules were changed so a Spanish rider could go straight to a factory ride and not have to spend a year in the satelite teams.
As was twittered during the last season by a certain rider 'I have the wrong passport to do well in MotoGP'.

Where exactly does it say (ref Moto3 engine allocation) that engines from different manufacturers will be supplied to teams running that make of engine? What happens in the case of say, IODA, who decide to run one team of two bikes with their own manufactured engine that that team uses exclusively.
Will Dorna allocate their supply of engines radomly between the two IODA team bikes?
What happens to the used engines that Dorna don't want back, the team can do what they like with them, such as, what, door stops, sell some worn out old motor to a national MOTO3 team? What incentive is there for a manufacturer to run a works team, none.
What happens if your engine allocation contains the Friday afternoon special, can you as a team return it to Dorna for a replacement?
Was this all dreamt up at the recent prize giving bash over the free champagne, is that why it won't be ratified until later when they've sobered up?

I think they should award MM 4 points at the beginning of every race. No Politics about him being naughty and a race with guaranteed overtakes every time! I think that we are witness to an all time great. Merry Xmas

Only a sport in trouble needs to keep changing the rules.I am not a football fan but the rules are easy to understand and do not get changed to "improve the show" I do not think Dorna have made any changes to the sport that make it any better
