RdP is always good fun to watch and - it seems - quite a nice guy. Besides, his mrs. is, I am sure, a welcome presence in the paddock and to eyes of the fans.

Maybe RdP is not as strong as he was when he was younger but he is a brave fighter and even with a lesser bike I hope he stays for a good more years.

I must stress this latter part of my opinion as there are always some comments degrading riders when they get to the downward slope of his careers. For instance, the case of Capirossi, almost a WC in 2006 but much slower 2 or 3 years after didn't deserve such derogatory comments that I have read.

I hope RdP never gets those types of comments. He will always be a courageous rider.

Dorkins lol

Is that 9 times world champion Rossi you are talking about?
If so you are a child just like all the other Stoner and Rossi bashers on here.
But I do need a laugh so keep it up

Well done Dork, turn yet another thread to bollox with your oh-so importante opinion. I mean, forums really doesn't have enough ' this rider / that rider are crap ' postings, does it?

RDP - always fun to watch!

Quick and brave rider, shame there are not more motogp bikes to go around. Also a pity that yamaha are allocating one of their works bikes to a has-been who obviously doesn't take the sport seriously enough, instead of daring yo place the bike in the hands of an exciting young talent as honda has done.

Good lad. Hopefully he ll still be in the paddock when things pick up again and we can see him nearer the front.
