This really isn't news, Rossi's achievements are in the past and Lorenzo is at the height of his powers. The only question is whether Rossi's experiences at Ducati have destroyed his confidence so much that he can't mount a serious challenge to Lorenzo. As it stands, Lorenzo will start favourite every race.

These stats doesn't matter much... They r both great racers.. One is very smooth.. And the otherone is a great race crafter., i wish to see them fighting for the championship in 2013... Along with Dani... A three way battle just like it was this year... And a little bit more exciting races... People think that f1 is more entertaining... ??? Where hardly anyone overtakes while on the track., most overtakes r done when one has stopped in pit :D.. Can't wait for febs official test... And remember guys this is a rossi lorenzo thread...

For me the last stats. average per season. are he interesting ones...

After these next 2 seasons I wouldnt be surprised if Lorenzo has a better average than Rossi in everything - wins, poles, podiums, fastest laps and titles

We will just have to wait... All this speculation is BS rossi is playing it down... And his team mate has his cards close to his chest... Its all nice now... Lets see when the real racing starts... I just hope its a better year than last...

I think its weather rossi's head is with it, 2010 he was fastest in testing then won 1st race, then made a mess of his shoulder, he then riding with a bust shoulder broke his leg. He then goes to Ducati and simply carnt ride how stoner rode it. Then is envolved in the accident that killed his best friend, then no updates from Ducati to fix the rear end biased Ducati. I don't think he is 2 old but the last 3 years have been a bit ruff.
