They dont have any idea of what they are doing or have to do to upgrade the Bike, has factory Team they are 0 at the momente... Hi Vilas, how's life? it seems that the air around you has been quite stuffy lately. You need to go out and breathe some fresh air mate.. Or smell some flowers. It'd make you think a lot clearly.
Cheers :D

A series in which the past 2 years only 2 different bikes have won is going to be boring. since '07 only 3 different bikes have been on the top step of the podium!! surely this has something to do with the lack of interest in motogp. This along with no rookie wins since 08 and no satellite wins since 06 contributes to a very boring spectacle.

Stats aside, who in your guys opinions are the top 5 greatest riders of all time?? Here are mine, in no particular order of personal preference

Swantz (even though he only won 1 championship)

Stoner and Lorenzo are strong candidates for this list, and statistically they do belong on it. But they just haven't been around long enough YET to be certain.

It would be interesting to see everyones lists

I forgot about vermuelens 1 win with suzuki in 07, so since 08 only 3 bikes have won. whats more pathetic is that only 6 current riders have won races in motogp, only 4 with multiple wins, and only 3 current riders have won within the last 2 years.

I understand we fans having heroes and villains in Moto GP, but I do not understand the "good riddance Stoner" crowd - I thought he added immensely to the drama of the sport. Why would Moto GP benefit from his absence?

For me to be included in the greatest of all time a rider has to be be versatile enough to knock out world championships year after year, beating along the way other brilliant riders. In the recent era that to me is in no order Roberts snr, Doohan, Lawson, Rainey, Rossi, Biaggie, and Fogarty.
I know Foggy didnt do GPs, but he saw off plenty of brilliant riders in his career, and he was awesome on the roads.
Stoner, although a master of machine control and some versatility didnt have in him what it takes to stick around long enough to get on my list. Probably he loves hos wife and daughter more than he loves racing, whereas those ony list love racing more than anything.

Good list of riders!! Although Doohan for me only ever rode the Honda and there weren't too many other really stand out riders in the time that he really dominated. If it weren't for Rainey's injury and Swantz's retirement I don't think Doohan would've dominated in the way that he did from when he did.

With Foggy and what you say about Stoner, I agree with you wholeheartedly.

People might be asking "Where's Agostini?"

Having said that, and don't get me wrong, Doohan was definitely a great rider...he was just sooo boring to watch him all alone in the front race after race!!

Doohan was the combination of clinical perfection, on a near perfect machine.
