"im getting a little tired of bygone racers sticking the boot in when in reality they are no more qualified to say who the greatest of all time was than we are. Posted by signups"
Of course Ago is more qualified to comment than us and his opinions count more than ours. He's been there, done that, and got the leathers and scars to prove it. Years of racing, followed by years on the inside of the sport enable him to give him a far better assessment than any arm-chair critic. If anyone here feels they know better than Ago, will they please list for us their experience and achievements.
And, I don't think he was "putting the boot in". If anything he was agreeing with the sentiments that VR46 had already expressed himself.

Sounds like Ago's with Rossi playing mind games on Lorenzo.

Get ready doubters, Ago knows damn well that Rossi can do number ten this year and eleven next.

He's just mind-f%$king all the sheeple out there who believe Lorenzo to be something special, I think the last few races of 2012 should have shown otherwise.

With all the respect he deserves, ago tittles belong to another era.this moto gp moment is Rossi era.he went to ducati he've lost 0.8 to 1.2second,Not because of his age but because of the ducati.back to yamaha be shure he Will fight for tittle and victory every race, cause he Will be 1 to1.5second quicker.
Lorenzo prepare your luggage.marquez learn from the true Master if you want to become one one day.

The people who have watched Valentino Rossi race over the last 12 years or so will be laughing their heads off at this!! Valentino is a very clever man, who knows what is expected of him and if he realistically thought he didn't stand a chance of winning another championship, he wouldn't be there. His disasterous 2 years with Ducati were the only years he has suffered such dismal results in the whole of his racing career - not bad going really compared to others. Valentino is determined to put things right,to show he still can win races and championships and remember, the Yamaha is his bike, he put it where it is now and once he and his loved one are back on the race track all will be well again!!!
