Love it when the argument comes out that stoner is better than rossi because of the ducati ,conveniently forgetting rossi won in 3 classes as well as suzuka 8hr stoner got ripped in the lower classes ,even ayoma won a title so i guess his better than stoner .

I love it when people use championships as a measure of greatness. Kevin Schwantz won just one title yet had more ability and class than all of the current muppets. He also had a real personality which wasn't like a stone(Stoner or Pedrosa) or a manufactured "aww shucks" personality(Rossi).

I admire and respect anyone who chooses to race a motorcycle for a living no matter whether they're the fastest or the slowest but the racing I grew up with was much more fun than the corporate Dorna nonsense we see today, it's more like WWE wrestling now.

I am sure Stoner or Pedrosa or Lorenzo would not have broken into a sweat beating likes of Biaggi or Giberneau year after year, especially with the overnight specials in the tyre department that Rossi had.

When he competed against rossi it was 2 titles all, what happened in 125 and 250 against pedrosa and co so by your logic pedrosa is better than stoner ,2 titles in ten yrs

@wyliecoyote ,thats proper disrespectful to dismiss biaggi and co who rode harder bikes in better competition especially as biaggi has six world crowns to his name

A). Read what Wylecoyote wrote (I wonder if Wylie ever raced CS??) Anyway he's got a point, it won't be the first time he's trundled round on four wheels, he's quick in karts and as stated his test in the V8's was very promising.
B). Re me taking a bet - as soon as CS confirms he's racing, I certainly will look at odds.
Whilst you're raving about VR's results at Monza, consider his performance in the Blancpain series - deeper level of quick drivers = more realistic result.
