@Ausrossi.
mabe he went to switzerland , mabe he went to australia i'm not sure , but there was testing in a few days time if i remember right (which i could be wrong )
jlo was the only non Italian that made the journey to Italy , but as i mentioned he had a lot of guilty feelings inside and fully respect him for taking the time to pay respects that were not thought of when he was alive.
why is stoner singled out for not being there?
.
@not a stoner fan......read my comment again , half of it is about jlo being there.

Stoner proved One thing here.. He doesn't care about his fans who r also motogp fans... He always thinks about the haters.. If his family was the reason then he wouldn't have entered v8 world... Some of the earlier comments stated that rossi never got bashed by anyone... Really... Surely u havn't watched rossi vs gibernau at jerez then...

I wonder what Casey thinks the organizers could do about an accident like Marco's. You have an innocent lowside, and have your neck run over by a following rider. Same happened to Tomizawa a few months before that. Great strides have been made in protecting riders in single vehicle accidents, but getting run over is hard to respond to. The sport is dangerous, that's it. That's why it's so exciting to riders and fans alike, and that's why they get paid well.

It is astounding the amount of Self Hatred Expressed on this site
The ridiculousness of many of the posters comments on here show they are simply not Motorcycle racing fans the constant personl attacks directed at Stoner are beyond my ability to understand the amount of self loathing the commenters must have for themselves is deeply saddening I can only assume many are Just in there teens...........
I hope you all grow to love and Appreciate your own lives Personally Racing is lesser for the loss of Stoner on a motorcycle I only hope that marquez and the return of Rossi To Yamaha compenste ........

Have a Great year and Enjoy the racing guys get over your need to express your own self Hatred
Live and Let live

Ex motoGP rider Casey Stoner who no one remembers... apparently, consistently outscores GP's goldenboys with multiple posts from those who strangely swore they'd forget him! Strange or what?
Anyway, Carmello Ezpeleta has turned the sport into a circus with CRT, repealed rules for spaniards, orchestrated a sponsored move to Yam for Rossi etc etc, Casey Stoner reiterates the sentiment and that of 99% of the posters here, yet the best some pinhead can manage to 'dislike' him for, is cause he didn't go to Simo's funeral!
Face it! The fact that ANYONE else can win in this bent joke of a 'sport' is a miracle.
Ditch it all, start again in a breakaway series I say.

Casey should talk to a certain Mick Doohan especially after the clash he had with spanish fans when Mick battled a bit too hard with Criville. Stoner thinks he can say everything without any chance getting people mad, it doesn't work like that. If you have an opinion, fine but don't crap your pants when it backfires.
You can't trust Stoner, when the talks were up in the media about him retiring he ensured he wouldn't don't believe the media.....At Le Mans he made it official it's true he will retire. About the V8 cars he was tweeting don't believe the media I've not decided yet that was last week a couple of days later he made up his mind, he's going to race V8 cars. Casey you have a lot of talent, but your mouth isn't bringing you everywhere. Although I can understand that the racing continued after Simoncelli's loss, but we humans who have a normal life when people around us die we get a couple of days off to arrange everything and then we have to get back to work. We aren't complain

@ Villa Villa Villa Villa Villa Villa Villa

Who is you to say that Marco wouldn't do better than he did?
What about Rossi in his early seasons on the 500cc bike he fell off, made crazy mistakes but took 7 world championships in the big class.
What about Lorenzo who kept falling taking big injuries, but took 2 world championships so far.
What about Stoner who launched and wrecked Honda's when he started in MotoGP, oops he won 2 world championships later on.
It's a bit wrong to say what would happen and what Simoncelli could have reached, we will never know what would have happened to Simoncelli so why giving such dumb comments?
The only thing we all saw is Sic making progress, the same will go with Marquez and that happened also with Bradl.
You can't be a front runner after just 2 seasons.
