I think a lot of the anti Rossi negativity that goes on on this site is more aimed at the more enthusiastic fans who blindly argue that he is the be all and end all of Moto GP, rather than being aimed directly at him.

I'm a fan of his but acknowledge his weaknesses and the greatness in others too. But, as far as this interview is worth, I don't think you can argue with may of the points he makes. He is definitely one of the greats and that watershed moment will be a great one, especially if it comes from beating one of the other top riders in a last lap duel!!!

love Vale or hate him. With the silly CRT rules watering down the quality of machinery on the grid, and with the departure of Casey. Motogp needs him to be back on the pace pushing for wins.

Casey, Jorge, Danny all are amazingly talented riders, but they unfortunately lack in the theatre Vale brings to the grid. Which Motogp grew because of, and has lacked in, over the past two years. with Vale on form, it can only raise the profile once more and hopefully help attract some desperately needed funding for the rest of the grid.

Thats the part of Rossi you dont understand, unlike some riders, having Fun, smille after wins and make celebrations with Fans, promote the sponsors for everybody be happy for Rossi is not theatre, this is part of is Love.. Since kid that Rossi allways new how to let the importante parts of Motogp really happy.. Do you guys remember when he on 125cc have a Win and was dressed like a Chiecken..lololol only to promote them to the cameras..eheheh For Rossi this was fun, like it was fightingh and racing hard on track.. For some riders this is a Job and they really make te loock like Boring and make people a lot more serious about Motogpp..

Motogp dont need CLOWNS, Only need riders that know how to Celebrate with Fans and respect all people icluding rivals and having Fun with best bikes on the World and at the end They only feel greatfull for having that.. They are not thinking on How hard is this Job i have to this and that we are risking hower lives this bullsht like some rid

It wouldn't suprise me ( if Ducati & Rossi both have good 2013 / 2014 ) to see them re-unite for a year..... They've split on good terms - you still don't hear him slagging Ducati off, well, not in the way others have done in the past....
