Valentino already thinking the place was named after him same as he thought of Vale corner at Silverstone. Sounds good but how's the economic climate in the UK?
I can't see the UK hosting 2 rounds of MotoGP, but I'm not really a fan of Silverstone itself. I wouldn't mind if they dropped Silverstone, wouldn't be dissapointed if they would bring good old Donington.

I just wish they would get Donington sorted out and back on the calender! I love that place and much prefer it to any other race track in England. I can't really see the need to spend millions of pounds developing another track when there are enough already. Anybody know what is going on at Donington? It seems to have looked like a building site for an eternity now!!

@Dr Who

You bring up an interesting point about running multiple races in a country, but seeing how MotoGP is quite mainstream in the United Kingdom(despite lacking a strong grid presence over the last decade, crutchlow , bradley smith, toseland and danny kent being the exception to the rule) its pretty pointless to run multiple races.

Now looking at america where MotoGP doesn't even register a blip on the radar its quite understandable for dorna to stage 3 races.

Anyhow rather than adding new tracks to the calendar, I think dorna should focus on running tracks that would more like create competitive races. Speaking of, it would be awesome of dorna in the future drop motegi and run either suzuka or okayama.

Donington is a great track but the facilities are truly awful and they've never really made any attempt to remedy it and for that reason i dont think they deserve to host motogp

however if they can get it together in Ebbw Vale and make a decent track with good facilities then i hope it happens, i think rather than we poopoo we should be supporting them.... and if motogp doesnt go there... im sure WSBK and BSB will

I just hope this isn't (another) one of Tilke's designs.

I mean what's the matter with eveybody handing their track layout designs to him? His tracks are too technical, they lack flow and he gives priority to making the driver/rider's life difficult instead of providing easy to pass sections. He wants to make them fight the track instead of each other.
