Once the lights go out, only then will it be possible to see if Marques has what it takes to stay with Rossi, lap times are one thing, race craft and last lap battles are another,and i think we all know who is the master of those!!

@Loz Again

2nd outing?

Valencia, Sepang and Sepang again.
Marc had a private test last year so this is his first outing of 2013 but not the second outing so far!
Know your facts.
Although some remarkable outcomes this is just a test the only thing which is certain is that the Ducati is still crap.
For all the people who slammed Rossi for sandbagging it, Ducati illustrates where the problems are but didn't work on it. For the people already saying it will be a lost season this is the first test they're putting miles in with 4 factory riders and it needs a bit of time to roll out update after update. This is the first test without Preziosi also the 1st test after Wrooomm so be patient the Ducati's will be a bit better but it needs time. The only thing that is bothering me is all the talk about making it cheaper and they ruined 2 days of testing of the CRT bikes with electronical problems caused by the standard ECU.
Another great job the CRT's already started with a huge failure, AGAIN

Remember the days when Shakey moved from bsb to sbk, he topped almost all the time sheets and ended up nowhere in the races.

Please people don't read too much into this. It's only a test.

Here's to an awesome season.

Oh rossi fans why panic and make grand claims. you have a first time in the dry rider MM and Bradl another young gun not far behind keeping up with rossi if not beating him. Your claim that it was the ducati not rossi that was problem which just screams out ROSSI can only win on the best bike and don't give us that crap about 9 wrc they were on best bike. So Rossi is a best bike wonder can't get the best out of anything else.So go hate me losers

Observer please answer this.

When was the last time a rider won the wdc and he was not on the best bike? Dont come with the 2007 crap. The duke was the best at that time. We have to go back at least till 1993 imho.

If it was the tyres and not the bike surely every other bike would be having the same issues. They have struggled since the spec tyre rule came in because they don't build the bike to suit the tyres which the other manufacturers do, they must still be hankering after the days when the tyres were made to get the best out of the bike.

I knew this is why Stoner quit motogp he didn't want to be shown up by a rookie, this is going to be a great season! Go Dani, Go Lorenzo, Go Rossi, Go Marquez! I don't care who wins the title as long as at least these 4 put on a show just like the guys back in the early 90's use to. Yeehaa!
