ozmick, i missed the last 2 years of racing but heard rossi left yamaha for ducati, also heard he and burgess would fix that bike in 80 seconds and it was "80% rider 20% bike". casey did pretty bad in '10 with only 3 wins and 9 podiums, surely rossi did better right? Oh wait I've just been informed he's only had 3 podiums over the span of 2 years???? ducati must have not made a single change that he asked for or something right? please enlighten me as to what happened...

It is 80% rider and 20% bike you numbnut! Ducati was only 15% of the 20% while Rossi was giving it more than 80%. Meaning, the bike should be at a 100% of 20% and the rider should be at a 100% of 80% for the rider-bike to reach full potential. Now you get it? Now with regards to Stoner. How can a "fastest rider" have only two championships in thirteen years! A "fastest rider" should have won every single championship and race he has entered. Looks like Stoner the Fastest is really Stoner the Fraud. The Fastest with only a mesely couple of championships?

Your almost right oz mick, actually the ducati was really -5% so rossi was 105% of the success of the ducati. you must be rossis number 3 fan behind me and lctanner. We all know he'll win every race this year. stoner got lucky, if ducati gave him the crappy bike like they gave to rossi and every other rider, he too would have terrible on it but for some reason they decided to give only stoner the winning bike and everyone else got garbage, crts really. It was all the bikes and ducatis fault for sure.
