Sepang has off camber turns, meaning u hug the turn with the bike. Even amateur racers can do incredible lean angles there. These are motogp riders they are capable of alot more. The worthy determinant of a good rider is laptime, not lean angles.

In a way it is a pity the rookie rule changed, I reckon if this kid was on a satelite bike he would still be in the top 4... easily. That would of really shut the doubters up! This kid has the goods thats for sure. The only thing that MAY stop him from winning against Dani and co is rolling off consistant lap times.

Marquez' lean angle certainly looks impressive and highlights his confidence and talent.
However, I hope he can adapt his riding style as he pushes more otherwise I think we'll see a lot of falls from Marquez as he pushes to keep up with Lorenzo, Pedrosa and perhaps Rossi.

If people think Marquez looked impressive because he had superior machinery, what do you think the Honda is that he is riding now!!! There are only 4 bikes with any chance really - 2 Hondas and 2 Yamahas - Marquez happens to be on one of them. I wonder what he would have done on a **** bike!
