@TalentFan, sorry I have to disagree, 2011 was a big year for Dani (spiritually) I think, of course hes not the same rider that came in on a wave of expectation in 2006.

Watching Puig's reaction to Dani beating Jorge at Brno and then again at Sepang as he made the mighty pass (replay) I think Puig might have actually somewhat conceded to what people believe Jorge's most impressive and consistent pace (see Bridgestone / Yamaha tire advantage) and when Dani came through last year it really opened up a lot of people's minds including Alberto's ... In my opinion.

Dani would have probably done something very similar in 2010 had he not been ejected from his bike and suffered injury for about a year+, hes now coming in to his own, and hopefully everything is on the level for Dani to get what he can.

The first 3 or 4 races are very important. Dani needs to win these. He is usually strong the later half of the races, so can ensure the Championship.

Rossi will be a huge threat.

Lol so much positive comments for Dani. Is this not the same guy who took out his team mate while his teammate was winning the championship? Maybe karma will bite him and return the favor.

Frankly I'd prefer it if valentino wins. Better for the sport and frankly they deserve it more. Honda shoulda pushed Dani to a satellite team years ago.

I've been a huge dani fan since 2005. People say dani has failed to deliver the goods in 7 years which is true. But look how many times the lad has been injured. Maybe a bit of a biased opinion there though. But last year injury free he was incredible. 2013 on the other hand is goin to be the year of real pressure for him as he has last year to live up to and he knows if he doesn't do it now then it probably won't happen and when his 2 year contract is up he won't have a factory ride. But he has now proven he can battle in motogp and I think he's matured and knows his strength and his confidence has grown in the bike an his mixed weather riding. I think we could see a few Rossi vs pedrosa tussles this year. Dani will fight for the title this year and bring it home. Go dani
