in fact the one thing that I will bet that Dorna is not liking at all is Honda and Yamaha doubling-down on their prototype bets by essentially expanding their teams to 7 prototype bikes, a factory Honda for Bradl, Pedrosa and Marquez plus whatever Bautista is running (a satellite Honda), factory Yamahas for Rossi, Lorenzo, Crutchlow and Smith...they are filling a quarter of the grid between those two mfgs and that makes MotoGP all the more dependent on those two mfgs.

They are dying to have Ducati make a strong showing and crack that hedgemony, but even so they know that this is the best that MotoGP is going to get. It is incredibly cost-inefficient to have these two mfgs spend all that money on these bikes and riders and it leaves the CRTs fighting for what's left after the big dogs battle over the table-scraps. On the other hand having the CRTs run close to Ducati validates the CRTs to a degree.

But they aren't liking the spread from start to end of the grid. No way no how.

"Casey can ride the Ducati"

Are we talking about the present Ducati or the 2007 Ducati? How can you sad lot know that Casey can win a championship on the current Ducati? Has he ridden the 2013 Ducati? What we all know is this, you sad lot are eating humble pie cos you have made a huge mistake predicting that Rossi couldnt ride the M1. Now you're trying to put in Caseys' name, a nobody in this sport, in the same sentence as gods like Valentino Rossi. Your mate Casey is a quitter! He has ran away from the competition so no point in trying to defend him.

Hayden said, "..., but I think we need something big."

Well, that's overstating the obvious. Many of us loose wristed arm chair racers at home could have told Ducati that for about a on-quarter million dollars less than that test cost.

Stoner Stoner Stoner Moaners... Why are people still going on about Stoner and Ducati? Why did he leave if it was such a good bike?
The fact is even he will fkn finish nowhere on ANY version of the Ducrapi GP.

Stoner and Ducrapi were such a lethal combination, on his last season with Ducrapi, why did he finish the championship behind 2 riders that had MULTIPLE DNSes due to injuries???!!! THATS IS FACT.
Let me know if I must explain DNS to you.

"we need something big"
When you start to think like this it is because the situation is desperate.
Usually american people are very optimistic, never give up,but to put hayden in such a bad state of mind shows how much ducati is in trouble.why so much problems while so much persons in the factory work with all their energy and heart, self sacrifice.why they don't succeed?
It is Time for justice.for years marlboro thought they could hide the truth and lie to so many people, children, young, innocent, parents that cigarette is beautiful,is good while it is an addictive poison that kills little by little and surely.they put all(tobacco industry) their effort, their money to destroy,to kill,to achieve evil aim.don't you think that God forget?because ducati has been part of this traffic they are responsible.but Jesus is good, lot of people still love ducati, and enjoy their bike.please ducati give up evil and you:ll find victory again.
