Lorenzo doing race simulation, Pedrosa topping the time sheet in all three days of testing, marques putting up an extra ordinary rookie show by improving his time with next bike immediately after crashing... So its all amazing that contenders to win races are too close to each others... So who is the man to beat....

Its definitely VR46... May be he is coming back after two years,, but his statement "10 laps were enough to understand that M1 is my bike" is a real warning to all front runners... specially these days rossi is talking with great humble and understating his abilities... so this kind of statement at this time is not just a mind game but a reality... Still has that class, grace and undisputed race craft skills... Go go vr46

69 always hides behind his team mates comments. when 46 said the duc was no good 69 kept saying it's getting better and then when 46 left the team NH's comment were we maybe ducati will listen.

Now the Dovi rode it after a solid season on the yam his comments were like Vales and the face shows it too. He said they need big changes now NH follows his comments. On

One year left NH and then CRT or AMA or you'll be out to pastures with all the farm animals in Kentucky.javascript:insertTextCursor('comment',%20':rolleyes:')

I understand that these guys are not techies, but anyone with half a grey cell would hesitate to associate a hammer with himself in any manner.

Useful as it is, in any craft a Hammer is inevitably associated with a brainless dud's weapon. A non-precision tool which requires no specialized skill.

And of course, we have the concept of 'Maslow's Hammer'. Abraham Maslow famously said, "when the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem starts resembling a nail".

Come on Jorge, pick a more educated and classy concept to associate yourself with.

@Guna

I think you and many other Rossi fans are somehow STILL underestimating the reigning world champ. Lorenzo is the man to beat, no to ways about it.

"We need some help, a couple of clicks of rebound and a bit of pre-load off the front is not going to be two-seconds!"

Thing is Nicky, without Stoner thats pretty much how far Ducati have been for ages. It's not that Ducati are suddenly crap, they've been crap for a long, long time.

No Rossi or Stoner agenda here.

But when last years multiple podium finisher (on a satellite bike) does this badly on the Ducati it speaks volumes about how off the pace the bike is. Andrea must be cursing his luck but with such a crappy factory representation in motogp where else was he to go beside a factory ducati, a satellite ducati or a CRT?

Motogp is letting down talented riders by not having enough fast factory bikes to compete. It is a 4 bike championship, Ped, Maq, Lor, Ros.
