It clearly takes both a fantastic bike, and a fantastic rider to win any motogp races. I'm not sure why some seem so intent on downplaying either of these aspects. I'm definitely excited to see what happens this season. While it's impossible to know, I somehow expect R has a bit of fight in him yet. If only a certain other rider was also racing...

"Reflecting further on the Ducati disappointment, Rossi - a world champion on Aprilia, Honda and Yamaha machinery - avoided any finger pointing. "

Stoner would have threw a fit, whined, and blasted anybody but himself.

@Sam

The problem with Spies on the M1 last year was... Spies, unfortunately. If you bother to take a closer look at the results of the Satellite M1s which Cal and Andrea were riding, then you will have a better understanding.

My GOAT came along and ate your GOATS grass and there is nothing he could do about it. Interesting comment of yours, the fellow you have degraded seems to have understood what was needed to ride the Bullet from Bologna......not so much your GOAT.

My dear Rossi this year as you said the bones are a little bit diminishing,so no need to rush at the front,just follow j lo or dani or anyone else,then you overtake on the last lap as catalunya 2009,and that's it ,voila!
Like this the young wolves with their eyes stuck on your data will cry "but how does he do?i'm faster during practice days!".
