'The track wasn't 100% after the rainfall from the past few days, but we were able to ride well' - Dani Pedrosa

I can't really judge over testing but to me Pedrosa looks damn good, scarily good. He's topping just about every session. While testing doesn't mean everything it seems to be showing that Pedrosa hasn't lost any of that extra quality he seemed to get out of nowhere towards the middle of last season.

The quality has ALWAYS been there, what has been missing was personal fitness (injury free) and a bike from Honda to get the job done Dani stylee.
We saw when he jumped on the 2013 bike last year, give him the tool and he will get the job done.

It's the new bike Honda introduced mid-season last year that Pedrosa seems to have really gelled with. Nakamoto talks about this in a recent interview and I think he's right, you can tell something changed in Pedrosa's riding that he suddenly turned into the man to beat in every race.

@herewego, I like Rossi and everything, but we can't forget that Rossi isn't in his prime anymore while Dani is coming into his, not to mention the fact this current Dani Pedrosa is a different beast to the Pedrosa Rossi has previously battled with.

Dani is riding like a world champion. He will be hard to beat this year. Remember this guy dominated the second half of last season and it looks like nothing has changed.

Stoner teaching Dani, uhhhh, no! Pushed him? Definitely! Teach him? Naw! Dani was fast before Stoner and he is fast after Stoner. Like someone mentioned, what HAS changed is that he is injury free. I honestly feel like the lil guy deserves a title. He has been a consistent rider (and almost always on the podium) his entire career. I'm rooting for Pedrosa and Rossi. If either one of them wins, I'll be happy.
