So then, a full day and a half lost at this test last year and this years times still slower?
This series is in serious need of someone to lead the way!
Good to see Dovi up a couple of places on last years best Ducati though! Hopefully the bikes are up for some proper development and about time too.

this is looking like a great year ahead, all these guys are amazing talents and a good slack handful of the bikes look like they are in with a chance.....first race should be great.

@ Beno...As, no doubt, Slide will concur. I think you'll find that Rossi spent all day tuning the package (you know...testing) and threw on a soft job to see if he got the results he was looking for.

@Stylo he was working on tuning up his secret weapon, and his racecraft. Laptimes don't matter. Interesting to see that he's taken 0.4 seconds of his best time from the same test last year.

Slides Rules- you are so funny, did Rossi slight your family in a previous life, ? I do agree about the development of the Ducati, no work since 2007 , about time they started to fix it --- LOL Great work by the top 6, hope it makes for great racing.

@bikenut "It's just testing but looks like Dovi could be a threat to Rossi at some tracks"

You chose your name well the nut part that is! The only person Dovi is going to be a threat to is himself ! The fact here is that Rossi who has never sat on the Yamaha for two years is only seventy one thousandths yes 70 1/1000ths of a second behind the current world champion and he has been riding the bike in its forms for the past 4 years!! If these times really ment anything then Lorenzo must be a worried man! However I doubt that will be the case still a nice little reminder from Rossi though disregard him at your peril. Get a grip its testing things will change radically but I doubt that Dovi will touble anybody with the Ducati as it stands just now but things can change.
