"Your whole agenda is to discredit Stoner's achievements during his time in GP racing.

It's quite sad, really. "

ASEFI, if you replace the name stoner with the name rossi, your point would apply to half the posts (if not more) on this entire site.

And yes, it is quite sad realy.

I should defend Casey Stmoner a bit. He WAS one hell of a good rider.
However, he never was and never will be the accomplished racer that is Valentino Rossi.
He simply crashed too often and lacked the consistency to be at the top level for any amount of time. He paid the price far too many times for riding over his head. (ambition over talent) It's much safer for him to retire now as his body can't take any more of the punishment as a result of his "aggressive" riding (crashing) style. Fish on!!!

re: "Im more interested on how Close the Suzuki will be to Honda and Yamaha,if the New GSVR/GSXR1000 drops times as fast or faster then the GP13 Ducati better re think the entire bike."

in that case ducati's future is assured. s1 contends this is a mathematical certainty.

re: "Ducati just needs awhole new approach, not just a new frame"

no, they need a new frame, and SEVERAL of them. honda's prolly the king of all things "ally" and even THEY went through several years and several iterations before striking gold. (tap tap tap) hellloo...? is this thing on...? (tap tap tap)

re: "Still ducati team didn't solve it.That's a shame ! Kawasaki and suzuki is also coming to MotoGP."

see what you started crash. the man who said "there's a sucker born every minute" hadn't a clue about the internet... 'cause if he did, his chosen time units would've been milliseconds.

Roman I'd rather watch a rider putting in 110% and crashing occasionally than a rider who has openly admitted to not trying his hardest on a bike because he knows for a fact the highest he can fight for is 6th. Rossi cheated himself, his fans, and all spectators of the sport while he was at Ducati that's why I lost respect for him.

Kwikset,i take it you havent been watching Motogp for very long.
Rossi punched Max Biaggi in the face behind the podium at the Catalunya GP several years ago. This is common knowledge.
But some people grow all reticent when the subject is brought up.

Cycle World has done a very insightful interveiw with a Ducati crew chief and He mentions about how Ducati bent over backwards to give Rossi and Burgess the parts they wanted,And these were not cheap parts by any means, to spend that kind of money and have the rider walk away without even looking back may explain the manufactuers
problem with making anymore major changes before testing exsisting setups to the maximum.
