The Kalex was the bike to have too last year, it's just that too many were too busy accusing Marquez of cheating to realise it. It's no coincidence that a whole bunch of riders that were inconsistent and only up at the front once in a blue-moon prior to 2012 started to go consistently fast only once they got their hands on a Kalex....

Great to see Westy pre season testing, watch out I say, cause he always races so, so much better than his best one lap non race times suggest - early days yet I know, but it would be great to see him put together a consistent season with good team support.

To be really honest the new added weight rule hasnt made that big of a differnce. The same names who were on Top 10 last year are there again this year. And the relevance is going to be only smaller year on out when riders find better balance for the extra weight. You could say that this is only fast lap times, but is the weight gonna make any differnce on longer runs ether?

Wheres Redding ? Thought he was going to be walking away with it this year.
Early days of course but he needs to do something this year otherwise he will be looking for a job.

OK, it's just a test, but I wish Toni all the best. He is a fabulous rider on the right material, the limits on tyre choice was truly detrimental for him and his MotoGP chances. He is one of few riders to have won a MotoGP race, and the was the Moto2 champion, only to be struggling at the back, and struggling with his teams. Saying he only puts in a dig at contract time is ridiculous, he jumped ship midways last season, when he didn't get the material he wanted, without having a contract lined up. That, my friends, that is risk and will to do all it takes to get back up front. Massive respect for little Toni, a huge rider.
