Very diplomatic interviews by Rossi and Lorenzo especially when asked about their teammate. Lorenzo knows he's the top dog on the team and Rossi is the returning legend attempting a final hurrah. The way Honda looks in these test the Yamaha boys will have their hands full.

Interesting interview, interesting body language...So there we have it - Rossi wants podium first race, if not the win. Full Stop.
"It's like the last two years never happened..." - A dagger to Ducati.
To say (Lorenzo) 'was very 'appy' with Rossi's return is a slight overstatement. (Bet Lorenzo was seething really)

Good luck Vale!

Jorge Lorenzo welcomed you back to Yamaha. Have you changed your perception of him?

Valentino Rossi:
I changed my perception of Jorge especially in the last two years. I had a lot of troubles but Jorge was always very friendly with me and also when he noticed I was coming back to Yamaha he was very happy, so I think that we can be a good team in the next two seasons.

So does this mean he no longer thinks Lorenzo is a "pussy"?

re: "Yamaha gave you your greatest satisfaction as rider when you won the first Championship with them in 2004. Do you feel like a child with candy again now?

Valentino Rossi:
A child with a candy is exactly my feeling now!"

re: "Furthermore, the 4-in line 1000cc engine has more advantages compared to the 800cc with whom we struggled for some time."

see, i told ya he'd be on about a full 1000cc version of the crossplane. the 800 was maxed out.

gonna catch hell beating the hondas. seamless box, ridded themselves of weakness opening up the V. they knew what they were doin'. cheeky bastids.

The old Rossi wouldn't have ever doubted himself, I just feel like Ducati has destroyed him, Rossi has lost the mental side of things and I doubt he'll get it back at his age now.
