Casey did manage a 1'38"75 (Jerez QP/2011) on an 800cc @ Jerez, with Dani 2/10's behind.

... just testing I suppose, are these 1000cc bikes suppose to be faster?

As a Rossi fan there hasn't been much to cheer about for the past 2 years so I'm going to forget the fact its only testing and people have gone faster in the past and blah blah blah.

Its only a small victory but the Rossi fan club is taking it and rubbing it in the unbelievers faces !

@99,

Because you convinced everyone that testing is the be all and end all of predication....

You preach for so long to convert and then question people when they convert????

What is it you are expecting?

Your tune has "wavered" as evidenced by your post? Have you changed your logic now? Testing doesnt count? Will you post retracting your previous posts from the past 2 months?

In which way Dave?
How has my "tune" wavered?
Have i ever stated that testing times are not important?
If testing was not important, why do the teams do it?
People have claimed that test times are not important when Rossi was last of the top 4.
But now he is on top, that seems to have gone out the window.
Only a blind man would fail to pick up on that Dave.
But,you only see what you want to see right?

So happy for the guy, after such a long, long time. This only helps to have us believe that this year will be a 4-way battle for the gold, with each of the factory boys having their time at the top in testing. The wait is almost over!

why do you have the name "crystal ball" in your name, as though in some way to insinuate that you are in some way of more knoledge than other posters on this site. Unfortunatly there are peole here who really do have insite and as such you really do talk utter rubbish!! As in you do not have a clue what your talking bout, hoefully Crash wont take this down and new posters to this sport might second think the rubbish you spew!

Rod99.
The Crystal Ball reference is a personal thing between myself and an old mate of mine who used to post here.
But as for claiming that i know more than other posters on this site, can you give me an example please where i have made that claim.
I will be right here waiting for your reply.

How come they are trying a new chassis on the last day of testing. One would think all the improvements they made with the current chassis were a waste of time if they decide to go with the new one. Anyone got any insight there?
