As a huge but respectful Rossi fan,
I really hate when people bundle together Rossi fan and label them idiots and/or when they don't drop an occasion to throw sludge at Rossi (and same goes for attacks on other riders).

Let Vale be, like it or not he's a legend and has pulled a huge list of real and historical races and moves and done great things for the sport.

Behind the theatrics you might not like there's an artist of this sport, and if you can't see that, then you either don't like the sport or have some issue with bile and spite.

Not the JLo 2010 thing, Race 1 Rossi wins between race 1 and race 2 badly dislocates shoulder tearing ligaments even so after 3 races 9 points behind. Breaks leg season over comes back in record time with rods still in and leg healing while racing and still pulls a win before end of season. Jlo no injuries hmm wins a lot yep that's a valid comparison. NOT.

As for this season if Rossi can start up the front he can win or podium. The thing is with four and possibly 5 if you count crutchlow they will all be taking points off each other so it is hopefully unlikely that any one rider will pull out an unassailable lead...

Can't wait for Qatar. Let's hope there is no numpties on the first corner (Barbera are you listening?).

For the next 2 seasons Rossi will be with Yamaha. For Yamaha the best rider would be Rossi. He was the creator of the current bike with the help of the engineers, but he is instrumental for the development of the bike. As he is getting older, it would be tough to compete with youngsters. However, Rossi is motivated with his test pace and he will give his best to add one more title to his collection.
This year is going to be at least 4 way battle. As yamaha and honda are having very good pace and the riders. I hope it would be very entertaining for the viewers. Lets wait till Apr 7th. Don't simply come to a conclusion Rossi is not going to win the championship. He is the master with greatest skills. His statistics says about it.

So aurossi what are your excuses going to be this year when 5 races into the season Rossi still is winless without an injury? Old age? Not yet used to the Yamaha he had ridden for 7 years prior? I'm not hating on Rossi I just think he's past his prime. He'll be fighting right along crutchlow nipping at the front runners heels I'm betting. I bet he gets no more than 4 wins this year.. Any takers?

Auflawsi, and what are you going to say when 5 races into the season Rossi is winning and injury free? How fab for an old codger? Still doing it on the Yamaha he had ridden 7 years prior????
Valentino Rossi still has what it takes to win championships, just you watch! If anything, he has a lot of people to stick 2 fingers up to, so never, ever doubt the talent, skill and the pure joy that comes with watching the greatest rider ever!!!!!!!!!
