Seven time champion Rossi failed to finish on his 500cc debut, in 2000.... but he at least finished in 2nd place. For his debut I wouldn't call that failure, I would call it impressive considering he was riding a 500cc compared to the rider friendly bikes that are used today. Marquez has to get 2nd or better to beat that milestone.

i think MM will have a great year , but i think he may find the pressure of trying to win every race a bit exhausting this year , not many have given bradle a thought for quatar!! , i find that amusing.

he wont win a race this year.

he will try to pull those idiotic moves on these top riders and will fail big time.

i expect to see him playing in the sand quite a lot

"Should things turn out tougher than expected for Marquez, he can console himself with the fact that seven time champion Rossi failed to finish on his 500cc debut, in 2000"

they like to add fuel to the fire ,
all good mate, he might not of finished the race on debut, but he went on to win the WC 7 times. a feat that i cant see being matched by any of these riders out there

this kid is going to try and win it from the first lap,
and in doing so he will do one of his dangerous passes and take out 1 or more riders in the first few corners.
