@shakennstirred not really 2012 race winning pace was nearer 1m56 than 1m55. The track will get quicker though but race pace will still be high1m 55's IMO

"Were are the old bulls of the forum like Rawdog and southerner who screamed bloody murder when Cal got his chance. Didn't deserve it. Many ahead of him. Looks like they have checked out."

The facts haven't changed that he did not deserve the ride. This doesn't mean he hasn't earned his place to keep it. Two totaly different things. Surely you're smart enough to see the difference right?

@pepper Unfortunately there is no way Vale will knock 2-3 seconds off his time but fortunately race winning pace will be high 1m 55's low 1m56's so he will be in the mix fastest lap with the control tyre is a 1m54.634 in qualifying in the race it s 1m 55.541 sooo. knocking 2-3 seconds off a 1m56.685 is an ask some may get close but not many!

what are you on about mate??? Did you check the practice analysis?? go have a look. Cal is a great rider, but he is no championship winning material. he is no Rossi/Dani/Jorge/MM. Dovi would have done better had him on sat M1. Don't put pressure on him, let him do his job and get the best result he can. He hasn't won a race till now after all!!

Vale set that time on hard tyres and if you check the analysis you'll see he is the fastest in BPT by 1'56.526 to Jorge's 1'56.537 and Cal's 1'56.722. So get over it and be realistic!! What would yu do if Rossi wins the race an dat the end the title?? would you commit suicide ???so it's better for you to accept the reality now!
