If you ready carefully you can see both of them used new rubber and Rossi only one set. Rossi mentioned that too.

@ Florence

lol I'll accept whatever you said if only you answer this question. What did Ducati provide in terms of parts, chassis/engine/electronics over the past two years compared to Honda and Yamaha did? Zero engine? checked, single undeveloped chassis? checked, electronics? failed, power delivery? failed. Now how do you expect Rossi&Co produce result with no supprt whatsoever? I suppoe you remember last year Ducati promised a new engine at Austin, then they said "we don't know when we will be able to provide the new engine" lol, you should try harder to damage his accomplishments, Laguna 2008, Catalunya 2009?? he even won championship on a satellite bike that none of the new bunch been able to do. really lol lol lol. Casey said himself " I am not here to match Vale's record" . I wonder what will you say if Rossi wins 2013's title??

by this type of competition you mean 4 bikes to fight it out for 3 places on the podium.

Motogp used to be alot harder than this, I like Lorenzo but hes not a great until he wins back to back titles.

vale sure looked more at home on the yam last night , once there is more rubber down it will get even more interesting , really do need road cleaners there..
that was some nice riding by vale , cal was my pic for most impressive of the night , the only proto rider besides smith without full works.
oh and LAD...not trying to crash your party but vales satellite bike was a full works honda factory supported bike .

Lad, didnt ducati give rossi a brand new chassis aka the 11.1 six races into the season? that was the fastest change at ducati ever and thats besides the point. stoner could not only challenge for podiums on that ducati, he could win with it too. I guess it comes down to stoner riding around the ducatis problems while rossi refused/couldn't adapt to it. I will gladly eat my words if he wins the championship.. what will you do if rossi gets like 4 or less wins with no championship this year?

HE IS THE BEST LEGEND I SAW SO FAR,,,,i dont thing someone will beat this.....just for that confidence factor or some petty reasons JL did a new soft tyre and tuk lead which was slightly shameful i feel, but the last lap of rossi was so flying as wen passed second sector he was behind .002 as i was sure was getting above those two in lead,,,,,but i believe dany blocked rossi slightly or else could hv achieved tat also with old tyre,,,,,,i sure lorenzo sleeps in a worried mood,,,, he is nw more nervous,,, nw motogp is clean and healthy and into race spirits see the effect wen the moaner and fans moved away :D

I can't stop laughing at what you said!! lol that chassis ka 11.1 was freshly made with no development whatsoever. If you must know in the sport it takes years and tens of chassis to find out which one is good( Reference to the 2 chassis tested by Dani Pedrosa in a single season). and you didn't answer my question, Where was the engine? electronics and power delivery??? you didn't say anything about them??? lol. please read some fact before coming here!! lol Ducati for som estrange reason suited Stoner and only him. and if Rossi wins fewer than 4 ??? lol if he wins only a single race he sets another record of the longest winning career, i honestly can't count for how many years he's been winning. he is 35 and if he wins a race? lol I'll see ya after Qatar. lol. Your hero is gone fishing, you better find about him in some fishing magazine.
