@Realist
incoherent?!
VR is nothing given the mediocre ride.That's the Real coherent thing u haven't noticed yet!
we're not supprised at seeing him up his game soon he gets the best kits.we expect so from him.
why the hell do you think we'll get unhappy to see him perform well on yamaha stright away?.so predictable and no rocket science,isnt it?.
that's because we,you've been calling haters,are connected to the REALITY which is the fact.
btw,are u stoner's no 1 hater?.like gredlehop,vilas,swissjudge,the fake aussrosi,LCtanner or manyothers.

Lad the chassis change was within 6 races of Rossi getting there. The only change stoner got at Ducati took 2 years with the carbon frame. The engine was fine just had an aggressive power delivery which no one but stoner could manage. I can't say what other updates Rossi had at Ducati but they gave him a lot more support than they have stoner not to mention a higher paycheck. It's not some strange reason either it's called talent. Rossi was just another Hayden/ melandri /anyone who rode the Ducati from 08-present besides stoner. It's not as if Ducati only gave stoner the good bike even though it seems that way. He won't be winning another title. At best I'd say he wins 4 races this year. Still a great feat for a rider of his age no doubt.

After listening to all the crap posted over the last 2 seasons about Rossi on the Ducati, I am glad to see (going by his lap times) he has not lost his ability to peddle a Moto GP bike around a race track.
Welcome back.

@ florence
I think lad is being a bit hard on you and should wind his neck in, you are asking very good questions and learning and lad is questioning what you know to be correct, I strongly recommend buying the dvd faster it will show you who rossi really is and by know way where his 500cc championships, a walk in the park, that boy could ride a 500, the evilest machine ever made!

As to the duke casey won in 2007, they got that engine rigt after that the bike was on the back foot as yamaha and honda as always upped there game, was a brilliant engineering feat but theres no way now stoner would win on that duke regardless of fame etc, its a dated dog.
Stoner came into the paddock with the greatest bike (sat)lcr honda and all he did was tuck the front, people forget that. i blame the tyres same as i do for de puninet(not a crasher since he got bridgies)
If i could bring back 500's i would none of this electronic crap either, we used to have races not prosessions, alas was still a 2/3 ho

As all of us Rossi fans have said-Never, ever write this man off- he is awesome, truly awesome!!
And, to see him come out of the pits, back in blue made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up - he looked fantastic! The bike, him, the colours were brilliant and he just looked like a man who is back where he belongs! I've actually got butterflies in my stomach at the thought of the race on Sunday - it will be worth waiting for!!!! Valentino - The GOAT!!!!

I would just like to say that it is always the same when Valentino has had a bad time - people stab him in the back and slag him off and love to think he has had it!! For the rest of us who know all about the man, who have watched MotoGP for years and not just since 2007, we all know exactly what The Doctor is about, what he is capable of, and just what to expect! Valentino Rossi is part man, part motorbike and racing is what he was born to do. Valentino Rossi is the benchmark, he is the one riders love to race with, he is MotoGP in human form, and yes, I just love him to bits and don't care what anybody else thinks!!!
