lets give dovi some credit ..he deserves it.. he did a great job ..
i like rossi but lets accept he couldnt handle ducati

I don't recall ever seeing so much sand on the track. It seemed that even the racing line was heavily coated.

Can't they get blowers out and blow off the surface. I can understand some grit on the surface but that looked ridiculous.

How long can they continue to run this race in such atrocious conditions? 1inch off the racing line and the plumes of sand look like rooster tails from a speed boat. Whats to stop a competitor from using this to his advantage during the race? Pull over into the dusty line to shower your opponent with sand! like roosting in MX but at 4x velocity! Props to Marquez and Dovi though!

Rossi's first year on the Ducati, he was 5th in FP1 (1'56.479), 9th in Qualifying (1'55.637) and 7th come race day (16 seconds from the front...Hayden was 26 from the front). We'll see how Dovi does his first round out and by the end of the season (which is where the tally will tell the story).
