I think it would be a good idea if Yamaha could provide "consumer-tuned" engines with the same physical dimensions for a fraction of the price, making it easier for chassis manufacturers to sell chassis for this specific engine easier for private teams to enter both riders with the same chassis, albeit one rider might use a "factory-spec" tuned engine and the other rider a "consumer-tuned" engine.

(This consumer tuned engine would be the equivalent to what Honda will provide in their consumer RC213V)
