Rossi said back in 2008 "the only way to win a championship is to be on the front row and podium every race", he knows this and everyone should know this, the competition is so tough nowdays. This is why Rossi had to make a charge to the front straight away, if he managed to get into 2nd place in the first few laps I believe he could of stuck with Lorenzo the whole race and maybe even made a pass to get a win.

That was epic! hahaha that's the old Rossi back! After two years of hell in Ducati, his first race on the M1and he owned Pedrosa, put Cal in his place, taught Marquez a lesson, poor Bradl crashed trying to keep up with him, and shut Dovi up, hahaha! Lorenzo may have finished first but if there was a winner yesterday it was Valentino Rossi! Awesome! I can't wait for more!

I was nervous before the race started, I really dreaded the thought of watching Valentino on his old Yam but second rate and unable to excite like the old days. I am now delighted that my fears have been extinguished.

I don't know how long he will stay in motogp, but I think the proof is in the pudding, he will stay as long as he feels he has the ability to fight for championships.

He still can!

Today Vale showed why they put "legend" before his name when they want to talk about him. He is indeed a living legend and hasn't yet retired. Jorge now the most worried man in MotoGP, he knows with that kind of stuff he will be in trouble, Vale, Dani and nor Marquez are there to give it to him. No more walk is a park Jorge..Valentino and Jorge both are legendary.

Yesterday Bradl and Cal had understood that they are not big enough to stop a hurricane that was #46. Bradl crashed, cal ran wide just and was lucky he did not crash. and finally Marquez, he almost choked it trying to brake late like Rossi does. Boy brakes were glowing in the last few laps.

this is what Motogp has missed , funny how more interest is on 46 than the rest, he is still and will always be the biggest attraction for the sport.

The Doctor is back in thhe clinic and thats what he gave,a clinic.Besides his 2nd lap touch with Pedrosa which shot him straight back many seconds then behind a slow Bradl,he could have been there with Lorenzo, maybe.Jorge is super smooth and so consistant and does not make mistakes, where Rossi made a couple. Therefore Im not 100% sure Vale could've beaten Loreenzo who was just coasting but maybe with the pressure of Rossi right there pushing him,we might see a mistake or him fall inti Rossi's trap that no one(besides Lorenzo, when Rossi was injured with his bad shoulder and recovering from a compound fractured leg)has escaped, which is Rossi's race craft,The Mind Games and very aggressive riding.Lets hope Valentino can win.Well done Marquez too.I think we are seeing the end of Pedrosa. Many years in the top class and no success. Not a Stoner fan,but he was so talented and fo that I miss him.Maybe if he didnt keep making excuses,he would have been not picked on so much by fans and as he said
