I guess because we grew up watching Valentino since the late 90's. Maybe because he has stuck around and other riders come n go? IDK... look at the stoners or biaggi's. they are not in the GP class anymore... Let's hope jorhay doesnt leave too for the wrong reasons. Fans are earned not bought for in short periods of time.

Remember that scene from the 80's movie "Spies Like US", Doctor, Doctor......Doctor, Doctor.......Doctor, Doctor.....Doctor, Doctor!!! Lol!! I'm freaking psyched for the most exciting rider of the race. Plus he made most of his overtakes NOT into turn 1!! OK, I've calmed down now.

Doctor's in da house...

Nothing like a good tussle to blow out the cobwebs...

Any self doubt has now left the building...

Now the work begins, doctor will go for wins where he feels he can and settle for good points where he knows he cant win.

Steadily build up the points in the bank and guess what posssibly awaits at years end....

at last we have seen real racing again and the race was really enjoyable......
