"Please Remember the Reason Rossi is on a Yamaha
this Season is that Jorge' o.k'd it.
He is Not Afraid of Rossi!
Jorge is "up for it" and Not to be Underestimated!!!"

@JAS, right then, a 9 time WC had to leave Yam because they wouldnt bow to his commands but they took rossi back on the approval of JLO...? you think ? realy ?

JLO has never been afraid of any rider (nor has rossi for that matter) but that doesnt mean he wont feel pressure or nerves or anxieties if the battle gets close and intense (its called adrenaline and its every bit physical not mental).

You talk of not bitching about other riders but if you look at the posting on these threads, rossi fans are praising their hero when some numb nutt comes along and says hes a fraud or lacks talent or had no competition etc etc.

If rossi detractors cant take crap, they shouldnt give give crap!

The detractors are less and less over the past 3 months as rossi has shown he is not over it and he will be there all year long (ecxludin

. . . injury/illness) so posting may take a more "civil" tone and resemble something like a normal communal chat room.

This should please you.

I really respect Jorge's ability and feel he's the current man to beat on the track. Once this seamless gearbox becomes available, he'll become even more likely to run off into the distance. His style is sooooo smooth, this transmission will only compliment him even more so than the fact that the M1 is a corner carving beast. It should also help Vale out, who rides with a similar smoothness. I just hope that all the hoopla surrounding Vale's comeback doesn't ruin their relationship within the team. These guys have got it all sewn up nicely. Go Yamaha!

I don't think JL owns Yamaha Factory Team, so even when he disagree with VR coming back to the team, VR will still be in the team. I read somewhere, Yamaha Factory Motogp Team had doubt earlier on about VR coming back to the team, but the preasure came from Yamaha itself .... Yamaha Japan wants him. For the winning and publicity.

Good ride by Lorenzo. Great comeback by Rossi. Fantastic pace by Yamaha Factory team, dont forget that. Lorenzo 6 secs ahead, Rossi comes back from 5 secs deficit. It shows the pace of the team, which couldve been different if it was a certain red one. Cal tried his best but he forgot he didnt have Rossi's brakes n couldnt slow down on time otherwise it wouldve been interesting too.

@ amakusa

Seriously how was it "A great comeback by Rossi" ? he made mistakes and was on the best all round machine on the grid that he has plenty of experience with in the past, but was still was made to fight Rookie Marc Marquez for that position.

Personally I think Dovizioso would of been the better choice for that Yamaha.

Ged, Rossi made a mistake but he also made a comeback, that is the real Rossi which was gone for a long time. He was hungry to race. Could easily have been beaten if not for that hunger. Dovi had his chance, he is only fast when conditions suit him, much like Pedrosa I must say. When his tyres go off or if the track doesnt suit him, he struggles. Only a handful can be called 'Alien' because they thrive under most conditions, because they really have a racing spirit to go all out. And its nice to see that spirit back in Rossi.

Rossi knew that he mustn't let Jorge get away, so he tried to get to the front as soon as possible. I assume he knew he would be faster than Dovi's Ducati so he expected to pass him.......only to find an overcautious Dani in his way. Not really a mistake, more a racing incident, they happen.
Notice Rossi didn't make a big drama out of it, even though it robbed him of any chance of a win. Nobody can give Jorge an 8 second start on a clear track.
