Dani- don't let Marquez overcome your psyche- remember he's still much younger than you, and you've got the mental matutrity over him. Stay focused in spite of the adversity around you. It's the first race, and you can rebound big next time Your fans have a lot of confidence in you. Eye of the Tiger Dani

To all the punks trying to put this guy down...He has one more thing to fight against at every race and that is his body size. He is as much as a fighter as any other rider, if not for Marquez he is a dynamite but if I remember well Pedrosa finished second on his first MotoGP race in 2006 and Hayden 3rd. Guess who got the championship. Pedrosa was struggling with an issue yesterday and that was obvious. You could tell from a mile away. Do not underestimate anyone in MotoGP and do not try to make anyone look bad. They are all gladiators!!!

I don't know how a lot of you guys believe he's gonna be a motogp champ someday. He'll never be one, mark my words. This is a repeat of the 2009 - 2010 seasons. It will be Rossi or Lorenzo with the crown at Valencia.

TO be honest dani was never looking comfortable here, this is one of his "lesser" tracks if not his worse, all weekend he looked to be struggling and in the race you could see the violent snatching from the rear, he was more sideways in that race than I have ever seen him. He pushed and got fourth, he could have pushed harder and fell off but he knows how this game works a WC is his aim this year as it is for Jorge and Rossi. MM wants wins and he tried hard last night but still 3rd in your first race is good (not great) and with all the hype he should be disappointed with that as I am sure Dani is with 4th. But the WC is long and I am sure Dani will be back on form in Austin and Jerez to bring the order back in line. Was great race and battle though with Rossi and MM!! This year could be epic!!
