haha, so consistenty and significantly out performing his team mate is less than mediocre?

Beating good riders who are on better machinery is less than mediocre?

The reality is no one knows for sure how he will do in MotoGP but its only sporting to give the guy a chance before you say he's not up to it.

We've already got a good British rider in the series to get the audiences in. Plus its a pretty stupid businessman that thinks any old British rider will do to draw a British crowd. Do you really think more people would turn up to watch a British rider do badly every other weekend?

And is the Tech3 team really a feeder team? Especially now there is no more rookie rule. Before Spies who was the last guy to go Tech3 to Factory Yam? and how many before that?

Well you know its not a popularity contest.... I am perfectly calm so don't worry. But about 60% of the posts on this thread are completely rediculous and based on nothing more than biased opinion. Plus I think the people who write these posts are pretty cowardly, I bet they would say this face to face. They're the sort of person who be a bullys side kick, wait for the bully to knock a kid over then kick them while their down, its pretty pathetic really.

Very reasoned comments from AlanG and indeed Nick881 in defence of Smith.

For whatever reasons BS is on a T3 M1, be they, passport, commercial or unrealised talent spotted by Poncharal therefore he deserves his chance.

What irks the fans is that there being so few competitive bikes available they believe there are several riders out there who could put the M1 to better use, that is an opinion to be respected. Fans also see hoping for top 10 as a lack of ambition and over cautious.

I will wait for this season to finish before deciding on Smith but anything less than 7th will leave me hoping someone else gets the ride.

Well I think that we have found the new JT, but really this hatred on here is most likely one guy only, all these silly names ( yes I am talking to you walk the dog, slider and farl cogerty (like what you did there a play on carl fogerty..ha ha very drole) within minutes of each other are obviously from the same guy who cannot register and stick to his quotes, A troll in all ways! I will make a bet now with anyone Registered to see through the season that Bradley will get into the top 6 regularly and that he will be pushing cal by the end of the season. If anyone is so sure he is a failure and not worth the seat they will jump on this chance to prove me wrong and confirm it. So will anyone stick to there guns and write in down in here to stick by till season end?
