I don't get your point? I was clearly not talking about the last two years.
And it wasn't that he couldn't win on the duc, but how bad he was on it immediately after it won (and podiumed) three rounds and was no better after 2 years of his exclusive input and more money than God.

You were comparing about the first 2 years of the spoilt brat with the 2 years of Rossi in Ducati, right?

We get it that Rossi failed miserable on the Duc. What else can you say about him. That's my question.

This shows that you have a hate for Rossi for different reasons.

Apart from a Championship with the Duc, Stoner has absolutely nothing else to brag about. On the bike he was riding even the looser Pedrosa could have won the championship.

And again you just mentioning Rossi's failure at Ducati, which was the only failure of his career.

What about successes? I bet you don't wanna talk about that.

As I said before, yes he did fail at Ducati, now get over it and give the guy the praise he deserves instead of bashing him for stupid reasons and stupid stats.

BTW Stoner won on every bike in his GP career except for the 3rd tier satellite Honda in 2006.
Rossi failed to win on a full factory bike for two full years in a row.
Stoner got a pole position on that 3rd tier satellite bike, how many poles did Rossi get on the full factory Ducati?

EDIT by CRASH.NET! Stop stirring.

Not a single pole.

But since you want to play with stats I got one for you:
9 champs.

Want more?
105 wins

Is that enough?

By saying that Rossi does not deserve praise shows how ignorant you really are

I've never said he doesn't deserve praise but I do believe as someone earlier suggested he's more out to prove a point than being there for the love of racing and I think this is the wrong thing to do.

Hello Slide..good to see you back.

I'm sure that if Rossi had risked everything to win on the Ducati he would have a lot better stats, a long way short of Casey's though.
The Ducati will not move forward until the Engine has different crankcases so that it can be moved around in the frame. Ducati's words not mine. Rossi & JB proved in his first year that the bike could not be competitive unless this happened, they chose to ignore him.
Also the engine is too fierce off the corner. Stoner used this to steer with the rear until the 'improvements' in electronics stopped him. (which is why he turned them down)
Stoner over rode the bike to get results but the bike went backwards while he was doing that. No wonder he left them.
Rossi had the sense not to push unless he could see a decent return, hence thrashing Casey in the wet race in France.
