@Terminator
Actually, it's 0.253 seconds faster. That's a QUARTER (1/4) of a second, not one (1) whole second.
Marquez may be a rocket, but it's not rocket science to work out the maths properly. It also annoys me when the commentators get carried away too. For example: 08.999s is not 8 seconds, it's 1/1000 of a second under 9 seconds yet they'll shout "He's just done a 2.08!!!" giving the impression the rider is going much faster than he really is.
..... Just sayin'

Let's get it out of the way....

...Rossi is done! Beaten by the Ducati! Last of the Factory bikes! He's too old! Marquez will show him the way! Lorenzo's consistency can't be matched! Rossi was exposed at Ducati! He can only win on the best bike with "overnight specials"! Rossi doesn't deserve a factory M1! Crutchlow should get Rossi's bike! Stoner is the GOAT!

I think that about sums them all up. Now let's have a real conversation.

@ Ausrossi

One of us level headed and logical members should post something similar in every thread where Rossi has the potential to be mentioned. That way, those of us interested in discussing "racing" as a whole can get on with it.
