sadly I dont think Honda can afford to let Dani beat Marc RG500. I dont think thats in the cards for Dorna or Repsol. But I would happily like to be wrong about this. If Dani beats Marc like he beat Lorenzo last year, Marc will lose credibility that he will need to assert his owner ship of Rossi's 'crown'. For people to believe in Marc, Marc cannot lose to Dani, if Dani beats Marc the question will always remain, and that is bad for business, the business of selling heroes, idols and bucket seats.

How many people who post her look at the FULL practice time boards? Dovi has no chance his race pace is high 2m 06s to low 2m07s Rosi's race pace is low 2m06s to mid 2m 06s. Its no good Dovi puting in a new boot and doing a 2m06s and then fading next lap to a 2m07s the nuber f people posting on here actively hoping Rossi is going to fail is amazing and they are deluded come race day he will finish top four its that simple. He won't win and he knows that but he will collect good points to take back to the European circuits where he will have chances to win races. Dream on about Dovi but he is going to do nothing in this race.

Dani will be top 3 race day just as always. Marquez continues to impress, even going so far as to dump it just to show he's human. Lorenzo lurking in the shadows will likely be cranking out high 2:05's during the race like a machine(as usual). I dont think Rossi's (or Cal's) race pace is high enough to run with Mark and Jorge though. The Ducati's will be in bottom end of the top ten as usual. Glad to See Spies make it to Q2 at least. Time for Ducati to stop talking about the incremental solution and actually make progress. These riders deserve better!

Absolutely zero! They look at the times without an analytical eye, and the only thing that they are looking for is where Rossi placed relative to JL and ANYBODY ON A DUCATI, in an effort to make a negative statement on Rossi's behalf. It's just like yesterday's FP2 times. JL was 1.6 and Rossi was 1.8, but the first thing out of everybody's mouth was, "Rossi is nearly 2 sec behind the competition, blah, blah", but no mention of the fact that JL was as well. It's really silly!
