Correcting the understeer and electronics problems on the new Desmo seems to be the issues that Ducati Corse need to address. They have two very capable riders, but their input is NOT being listened to and certainly not addressed. Until they fix their understeer problems, neither rider will see a podium finish. It's really disheartening to see "the look" on Dovi's face after every Free Practice and Qualifying Session. Audi has all the money in the world and also the technical smarts of one of the best Italian riders since Valentino Rossi, but the people overseeing the Racing Division for Moto GP seem to be mired in their past mistakes and have too much pride to correct the issues that will make Ducati competetive again. What a waste.

Dovi is a good rider and Rossi is a legend, but strictly speaking equating being Italian with having some particularly awesome motorcycle technical insight has nothing to do with anything. Clearly Rossi and team didn't sort that bike out in the slightest in 2 years time. Pride? Ducati management has nothing to be proud of as for several years now the bike hasn't been at all competitive, period.
