its good to see the Yam's closer but i don't read much into it.

MM probably didn't want to crash early again with lower temps and grip levels in the AM. Dani wants to be ahead of his team mate after losing to him lat round and being outclassed here so he probably pushed harder.

Vale is back to the smaller gap to Jorge, its been around .5 since he got back on the M1.

Still should be Honda 1-2, Yamaha 3-4 INO

Someone,

you hit the nail on the head. mark owned everyone including Dani at this track until he crashed on his out lap, then Dani got the lead. That is the most likely way Dani will finish in front of mark, if he crashes.

So far, Mark is making a very strong case to be Honda's #1 rider this year

copycat,

that's what team mates do. Do you think dani hasn't studied MM data to see where he can be faster? Do you think Bradley isn't looking at Cal's data and thinking, WTF?

Seeing and doing are very different things. If a rider finds something and gets closer to the front its a better race.

Right now there are 4 weapons on the track that can win and the best 4 guys are on them. Unfortunately it looks like one bike has been dominant each of the first two weeks so far. Lets get a round where both Honda and Yam are working well and let talent prevail.

Actual problem Rossi now faces is when youngsters muster up their full potential for single fastest lap he gets put paced,, its because they are young and he is old,, looking into the lap time data of warmup practice reveals a different story... The doctor has been the most consistent in his single run and lap times always dropped,, 8 of his 9 full laps were in 2.05 sec case and five of those 8 were in low 2.05 case... Timing of others were not that much consistent... So hopes still alive for a podium fight with JL if no mistakes made earlier in the race... Go Doctor...

Solid run for the 3 Yamaha's, but like I said a few days ago, today would be a day of damage limitation, and that's exactly what it was.

P.S. It was stated that Crutchlow has the same engine as the Factory squad at this time. So can those arguing otherwise concede to that fact?
