I messed up my last post. My fingers were too quick for my brain.

Not a great race, not a great track. The riders got spread out fairly early and the result just followed the qualifying positions. It looked a very difficult track to make passes on too.

Well done to Marquez on his first win, well deserved.A three man title fight might be on if he can stay at the front without crashing,he looks steady and confident so far.Lets hope it continues for the season.

@ shamarone......It was stll there you know, he made up 2 positions, none of the others did. Bautista was like an angry wasp all around him for a while :).

Good performance from Dovi again.

Those complaining about BBC coverage are lucky that they didn't have to watch coverage on the Speed Channel. That woman singing a ghastly rendition of the Star Spangled Banner and worthless pre-race commentating. They had the nerve to call it LIVE. By the time they started showing the race, Marquez was making the overtake on Pedrosa on Lap 9. WTF? Disgraceful. Of course no podium because of some NASCAR rubbish. (Sorry NASCAR fans)

Magnificent Marc! I don't understand how folks can call this race boring???? History was made! MotoGP has been saved and there is gargantuan potential for some amazing races this season.

VERY classy of The Doctor to walk over and congratulate him. I am so happy to see my boyfriend back in blue. lol

Now the fangirl in me has to come out....the Marquez brothers are absolutely ADORABLE!!! lol

Finally some sense from someone! After looking at your post I looked at the lap times and Rossi did a 2.04 on Lap 13 which he wasn't able to manage all weekend. Definitely some issues arised in the latter stages because his gap to Bradl went from 1.6 to 4s

I think he'll take sixth today, struggled all week long and never looked like making a break through. Next races should tell us more about where Rossi is, should be fun.
