Good solid ride from Scott, better to settle for solid points when you know you are not going to get the win, than throw it up the road.

Hopefully Dunlop can come up with tyres that will definitely do the distance for the rest of the year (that's not a dig at Dunlop) so we see a good fair fight all the way to the end of the season.

in moto gp all that extra height and weight he has ,coupled with a surfeit of power will add up to more traction.
i cant wait til he gets there,lets hope its on a satellite honda.

@ Fiona, We'll see, I can't deny Pol is a really tough competitor, though I think Scott will beat him at Jerez, here's to an exciting season in Moto2 :-)

Scott is a thoroughly entertaining racer, but he still hasn't learnt to manage the bike and tyres for a full race distance on a consistent basis. My guess is that is why he hasn't made the step up yet, and is unlikely to do so when compared to some of his Moto2 competitors. Having said that I would love to see him on a MotoGP bike. It would be spectatcular whilst it lasted!
