I love how Iannone and barbera both tow rossi to get very quick laps...! Still, looking forward to qualy, i have a feeling on pedrosa, crutchlow lorenzo front row with vale scraping a second row, which is good enough for the race. anyway it will be fun to watch !

Crutchlow is on fire! This is his biggest test. Can he sustain it through the whole race?

Crutchlow, Pedrosa, Lorenzo and Rossi running very similar mid to low 1.39's race pace.

Should be a good race!

For me its all about race pace, and the tp four seem to have a good race pace. The others are us hanging in with a new boot and a quali lap in practice to get to Q2. I seriously have my doubts whether Rossi has a qualifying lap in his tool box these days, but he can race, so it is important he gets at least second row to have a chance of making the faster boys race. I also think that if he can get up to the front from the start then we will see that infact the " fast boys" are not really good racers! Lets see though I could be miles wide.

What does this guy need to do to get a factory ride!!??

Oh yes, change nationality to Spanish and knock a few years off

I think on a works bike he would be challenging and perhaps even beating the spanish trio every week

but it isn't going to happen, 2 more years on 2nd division MotoGP kit then the WSB title

its a shame Cal cant keep this pace for an entire race, the factory bikes just have that bit more pace to always attack him. is riding well but wont make the podium,
will be between JLo Rossi and Pedro for top 3

It is tough for Cal to maintain this kind of pace for the whole race.He needs to wring the bikes neck to do so and doing that for the entire race invites disaster. He is doing a superb job though on the equipment he has.Well done mate.If Yamaha arent sitting up and paying more attention to him, they need to do so and quick!
