Poor race for Rossi he was faster than that. He has the least data of all the top 5 riders(bikes new for both rider and engineers) and is clearly taking gamble sot try and make up for it. Considering how quick he'd been all weekend his one sec off in warm up suggested as much as they did in Cota. Of course if you say he's lost it for long enough (16 years now) you'll eventually be right, a broken watch is right twice a day. They'll learn learn the bike again it's only race 3. Great win by Dani. Just like last year Jorge looking great with is pace then finding out Danis pace is 3 10 ths quicker he just hasn't done the laps.. if there is a changing of the guard it's marquez he is brilliant to watch.. Yamaha have gone down hill every season since Rossi left, they nicked it last year through hondas incompetence and this year unless Yam give development to Rossi Jorge will be lucky to get 3rd..

@Dean

How exactly was Rossi holding back Crutchlow? About
4 seconds between them. Was Rossi using a tractor beam on Crutchlow? How exactly did Crutchlow let Rossi hold him back? Absurd comment.

Its obvious many of you have never been on a track. This is not a video game! The fact is MM do e underneath, out of control and was going to run off track if JLo wasn't there to knock his bike back on line. Jorge had only one option, stay on the racing line as a Honda was sweeping across the track.

Mark almost took him out a bunch of times before that and he needs to learn. I wonder what everyone would be saying if it was Rossi that he knocked off the podium?

God, I wish Yamaha would give Crutchlow factory support already. Its tiresome to read after every race how he'll be challenging Pedrosa, Lorenzo and Marquez after every race. When even Lorenzo is struggling to keep up with them.
