I think every rider actually could do as what marquez do to lorenzo, but most of them do not only think of winning the race but also other riders safety.

How very well put by Akeizm. As a retired racing instructor, I repeat. To win an evenly matched duel, one has to be lying second going into the last overtaking corner (a corner where there are two distinct lines from A to B in the same time). Pick the line that you want and trick the opposition into defending the one you don't want. In this instance Marquez out smarted Lorenzo who was forced into trying to defend both lines. Maybe Marquez was just lucky, track craft seems to come from age rather than experience.

Marc (aka Desperado) is good.....nobody can denie that...but that last corner move was the last desperate move of a coward and he shudda been penalised for that ....any idiot can dart into that corner at a straight line, push/block the competitor out of the way ....and then turn your bike to steal the show.....cmon guys since when did this sport turn into bowling??????....i dont even like Lorenzo, but if i was him i wuda bitch slap the kid when he got of his bike.....end of dtory

kopbeen - you better start watching netball or some other sport as this was simple lorenzo made a mistake that he admits he left the gap and mm took it as any true racer would end of story.

@kiwiblob.....since ur into the bowling then, there shud be a major tournament coming up soon at a course near you....dont miss it. it is nothin to ram into a fellow competitor and push him of the track purely becos you got irritated cos you couldnt pass him .... that move would have been picture perfect, if only he pulled it off without slamming/touching Lorenzo ....and there was enough room to do so..

kopbeen go watch lorenzo when he was in 250 he used to make the same move and also he left the gap for mm as he has said himself so please enjoy your netball or maybe tiddlewinks would be safer for you . Lorenzo made a mistake he admits to and any true racer would have a go no harm no foul end of move along as mm is now the hungry one in motogp

There was no way that Marquez was going to get it all gathered up and make the corner, without going wide and hitting Lorenzo after entering to hot! Marquez needs to cool it a little.
