"Bye bye Rossi your best days are gone."

Not only did he have best days he had nine good years! Most riders finish their careers without even a good day let alone best days.

As head of the rossi followers, I speak for all of us when I say Lorenzo should have continued on rossis development path after he left so that when he returned, the bike would still be capable of winning a championship. What jlo did was greedy, selfish, and very similiar to what stoner did at Ducati: only developing a bike for yourself. If it weren't for jlo, rossi would be winning every race this season. Such a shame.

Watch the race again and listen to the commentaries, Lorenzo was using every clean maneuver on the book to keep MM behind. I think that more than angry with MM on the collision, he was/is angry at the inability of Yamaha to keep up. You can feel that on his interview and on Rossi's interview.

I think that Jorge either could :
1. Close the door on MM early, but risk running wide with the front tire problems while MM can take the outside line to an inside exit and the Honda will blast through. Or,
2. Close the door a little later, keep MM behind exiting the turn but risk MM blasting through with Honda power on the final straight. Or,
3. (what actually happened) Take the outside entry line into the turn for a faster exit, but risk having MM take the "this is my apex" line into the turn.
Anyways, both Jorge and Rossi thought this was Yamaha's land and something is terribly weak.

@CRT & 99,

Typical, as much as you say rossi fans blame everyone else, its equally funny that your posts are always blaming rossi for everything.

...it rained here last night, that was rossi's fault too????

You guys are the flip side to the same coin yet somehow claim a higher moral ground.

PS - 99, this thread is not about ducati or its riders, so what exactly is your point?

(priceless indeed:))

you cant blame lorenzo for the bike....its basically yamaha who took lorenzo for granted...

if you remember same thing happened with the ducati...

stoner got the bike to turn and managed somehow....so ducati didnt realize how bad the ducati turned until rossi and hayden dissapointed

lorenzo didnt brake late, and had good corner speed and he managed to win on the yamaha....this is why yamaha didnt bother improving the engine/acceleration that much.....

the fact is factories dont work on anything seriously unless the performance actually falls...they just assume everything is good and move along

don't worry rossi fans, he will surely have his moment this year. He'll get a win or 2 , everyone will come back in full rossi support like they never left, credit will be given to rossis racecraft superiority, and we will all forget this recent, "its lorenzo's fault the bike hasn't been developed into a capable bike" attitude, (even though he won in 2012 oh wait but that must have been rossis bike still, right? its just recently like since 2013 that jlo developed a bad bike, right?). I'd like to hear from all the people that said he was still a contender for the title no more than a few months ago, where have you all gone??
