Cal is fast rider but Im pretty tired of the "I dont have the latest parts, so Im slower" cry. The bike he has is just as fast as the bike Lorenzo and Rossi has. Cal is superfast on 1 lap but he just doesent have the racepace of the top 4. Everybody speaks about how he deserves a factroy spot, but the fact is, that allmost the hole of last season he was behind hes teammate on the races, who was first year on Yamaha btw. If he would have the same pace in race that he has in quali, I would be on my knees hoping factory ride for him, but at the time he just haesent that pace...

Its strange how some people scan an article wih their bigot head on and skip the important stuff because it doesn't suit their agenda.....Cal has said many, many times that if he and Lorenzo were to switch bikes Lorenzo would still win on his bike, he knows what equipment he has and accepts that the rest is down to him...he is also well aware that he is not up to Lorenzo's level, but he keeps improving in terms of speed and consistency and is far and away the best satelite rider especially considering that Bradl is on a works bike.....its not his fault he gets asked the same question's about parity over and over again, what's he supposed to do, not answer questions that iritate the odd bod on internet forums?

Its misinformed fans that annoy me, theres no other factory that run their satellite bikes this close to factory spec. Its part of the reason why Yamaha said no to putting more bikes on the grid.

Cal is performing well hes certainly made a statement. Smith got beat by a CRT last race and that is shocking.
I'm sorry Bradley either get on it or get off it pls. There are many talented riders out there.

Sorry Andrew, but it seems you are a very misinformed fan yourself.

Yamaha currently offer less factory support to satellite teams out of them all.

The 'satellite' Hondas are both full factory bikes (with Bautistas being full factory too but with Showa suspension of course).

Both primacy ducati's are currently full factory bike too.

So that leaves the satellite Yamahas who have less support than both Honda and Ducati, so I'm really not sure where our getting your misinformed info from Andrew.

Maybe he will stop talking about not having the latest and greatest now he realises there isn't a big difference. Was getting a bit tiring. Another fantastic job on Sunday though, top 5 at le mans is a shoe in.

Its very telling that the factory team have started to use Cal to evaluate parts and braking strategies, and also that Rossi's and Lorenzo's technicians were in the Tech 3 garage on Saturday looking at Cal's data....they appear to be taking him quite seriously these days. pp916.

Yes mate, they are starting to sit up and take notice.
I expect to see more factory parts heading Cals way from now on.And i hope he doesnt have to wait too long for them either!

Cal is getting there bit by bit, unfortunately for him it is crowded podium this year, CS is gone but MM and VR are there, with JL and DP simply there is no room. It's not Cal's fault, just wrong time...
