Don't understand what all the whinging is all about!
Rather selfishly I think this is a good thing, I'm already a bt landline/ broadband customer that has no issues with the service, in fact I think it is excellent! Same goes for my sky deal, so as long as Bt Sport give me the coverage that they say they will then happy days.
The only thing we were getting for free previously was the bbc coverage and what a load of tosh that is! They can't even be ****d to show the podium... The commentators are a pair of uninformed geriatrics and the red button thing is a load of s..t
The Eurosport coverage is very good for all the other series's which is still there, but I won't be sorry to see the back of their moto gp commentary team, they just send me to sleep...
No I think this is a good thing, especially if they get proper commentators on board like Whittam, Burnicle and Mamola...
Onwards and upwards...

i have sky and b.t broadband, just called up b.t to see how this is gonna work and she took my sky viewing card number so i could get the b.t sport channel for free which is all well and good but i have sky in 2 rooms in my house but the women said i can only have b.t sport on one box only. sooo ok fine.
then she says its only free for the first year, after that its £15 a month even if your a b.t customer. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
so 9 races into the 2014 motogp season im gonna have to start paying for it grrrrrrrrrrrr

Ezpeleta: BBC to BT like 500cc to MotoGP - This bloke must be a complete ***** - it is a good job he isn't next to me now because he would be laid on his back unconcscious.
MotoGp belongs to the fans not this ****head.

A truly *****ic decision by Ezepelta. The only thing he can count on is for the viewing figures to plummet in the UK, and that's about it. And just wait to see what happens to the viewing figures when Rossi inevitable retires within the next 2-3 years......

best case scenario 4 every1 who has not got bt broadband but does have sky is 2 pay £12 per month (£15 if u want hd) from 1st race in April & then cancel last race in November. works out £96 for 8 months or £5.33 per race meeting. doesn't work out 2 bad then.

Seriously disappointed by this decision and how Dorna appear to have completely ignored feedback from the UK MotoGP fraternity about BT.

If BT are thinking this will bag them loads more customers they are deluded. I've read so many comments on motogp forums that BT internet and TV is rubbish, plus it's only free for part of the first year anyway then they'll charge you whether you are existing customer or not.

Dorna have messed up big time here as they might have sold out to highest bidder, but they will lose 100,000s of viewers which will impact on merchandising, ticket sales and ultimately sponsorship money. On principle I will not pay for a season pass for MotoGP.com as I think they have shafted us Brits at a time that we have the strongest talent coming through and Crutchlow is coming good. As someone else said on another forum I'd be pretty peaved if I was a British rider right now. Also to have sold it to a company with a TV channel that has not even been launched yet is j
