Unfortunately for Rossi, we have Dani and Marquez showing Rossi the way around Le Mans. Who cares about 3rd place?
I seriously doubt Rossi can win another Moto GP race in this company, especially after his performance in the last two races.

Aleix Espargaro in 10th! Early days but it's encouraging to see a CRT bike only a second slower than the session leader. Hope Aleix stays health because he has great things ahead of him. Being a cynic, I guess it's about time for Dorna to ask Bridgestone to change tire construction as the Hondas are going so well.

Bradley improved over one lap... unfortunately he also made 2 long trips to the sandtrap. Do that in a race and you probably finish last or very close to it.

If things continue the way they are now, I seriously doubt Tech3 will keep him for 2014. There is bound to be at least one performance clause in his contract and finishing 5 spots behind your teammate every race might be one of them...

Hopefully Aleix will get DePuniet's seat at Suzuki next year as well. He's kicking Randy's @$$ race after race and collecting some trully amazing results for a CRT!

Also, Pedrosa has this in the bag. By far the most consistent rider over the 2 FPs, his first stint on FP2 was out of sight fast! If he bring this form into the race, there's no one else who can touch him.

For the rest of podium, I'm guessing either Rossi second and Marquez third (he's still too experienced for Marquez) or Lorenzo second and Rossi third (Lorenzo will have the edge over Rossi on a heads up battle).

@ Simon - when you consider the T3 M1 isn't far away from the factory , then you compare him to Marquez, there's is just no comparison.

Maybe I'm comparing apples with oranges (see what I did there), but Bradleys impact has been nothing close to Marquez.

Marquez is phenomenal though, Bradley might just be a rougher diamond.

Bradders is slowly getting quicker although he still looks as though he is over riding the bike. If he learns not to fight it and smooths out a bit he may yet surprise a few.

The trouble is he is having to compare himself with Marquez. No chance.
